Have you ever had something going on in your life and God gave you a word, or a vision, or some other revelation?

As a Yogi and man who is spiritual and Not Religious I get revelations almost every day. I've been doing Yoga and Meditating for many years and Meditation is a Part of my life. I do not believe in the Medical Establishment and Have not had a medical checkup for over 30 years. I will be 75 in October and I am still working every day. I depend on insight (Revelations) to keep me healthy. When I get an insight about my health I follow it exactly. About 30 years ago I had an insight about drinking coffee, I have not had a cup of coffee since. Another insight told me to practise Yoga every day, which I have done, and continue to do.

Wow, what is Yogi? I've heard of it, but don't know what it is. Is meditating like praying? Who gives you your revelations? God?

A "Yogi" is a person who is studying Yoga. A yogi learns to meditate. Meditation happens when you learn to slow your thought processes, and open your mind. Meditation is something like Prayer but you don't ask. You are simply opening your mind to available information on any subject of interest. God is not a Being with wings, sitting on a cloud. God is Everything we can see, feel, taste, and hear on this planet. Insights come the Universal Consciousness (which is God)

Thank-you very much for that explanation. I've often wondered about that.

Having a revelation/vision from God it is good. I have been having them since a child growing up. Sometimes it turns into reality and at other times it is just a warning. I used to ignore them but now I started to take them serious because it can change my life.

They sure can change your life, and for me, it's the only thing can help me understand things that otherwise I would have never been able to grasp.
