Do you buy from best Buy

I've never had a problem with returning an item to Best buy. I once had to take back a defective computer mouse. I had it exchanged and I was out of there in 5 min. I personally love Best Buy.

this didnt happen to me and I always buiy the extra warrenty. but I had never read the back of the sales slip so guess its a good heads up for every one to do it even if we have never had trouble with them! I like them too for the most part!

I got a video camera from there and they sold me the wrong one I took it back and didn't have any trouble exchanging it and even got some money back

I don't buy anything in Best Buy. They sell bot working items that later on they charge 15% on restocking fee. After one serious problem I am staying away from them.

I have no problem with their return policy and there can be exceptions made as I have to return a compter and the restocking fee was waived.

very good but had they tols you there was a fee for that when ya bought it ? Tehy didnt me. and I dont read the back of sales slips either oops lol

I'm hoping to not have a problem with them. I'm getting ready to take my Ipod in for a fix soon. I have the extended warranty on it. For some reason, the headphone jack isn't giving me the sound I want it to. Hopefully it's not going to be a huge fix for them, but I don't know if I'll be able to deal without my ipod for two weeks. I'll have to bust out the old cds again and listen to them until the thing gets fixed up.

well ya got that settled but most of the time it dont take as long as they say to fix and other times it does. Glad ya got warranty always helps

Wow that is some policy, but at least it is in detail so that if you read it before you shop there, you know right where you stand. I think that I would only buy certain items there though.

yeah if ya read it first but I havent even thought to read the back of a sales slip and they dont tell you anything about it when ya buy Its with other store too I think it meantioned Sears also so I guess we need to read the back of all sales slip!

I always buy from Best Buy. I love Best Buy. I have never had a problem with returning anything. For instance we got a printer/fax/copy and scanner all in one package and 2 years later the printer kepted giving us this dang carriage jam. We got the extended warranity on this when we purchased it and I beleive it was a 5 year warranity. We took it in 2 times with the same error within a 2 day period and I said this is crazy already do something. We got a new printer on the spot. I have never had a problem with Best Buy. My family has become pretty close to the workers at our local Best Buy.

Good thing ya bought the warranty! same as I did. have no problem with them fixing untill it runs out!
