My twin boy is always dreaming at night,we taught one night that he was already awake because he walked from bed room into the dining room, but when we look at him,he is still sleeping. Why is this so? Is it really happening? How to remove this from him?

My son does this about once every few weeks. He gets up because he need to go to the bathroom, but he is still awake and wandering around. I just direct him to the bathroom and sit him on the toilet. When he is done I direct him back to bed. I was told once that you should not wake someone while they are sleep walking.

When I was little and I walked in my sleep, I guess I had to go to the bathroom too but I never found it while I was sleepwalking. One time I walked into my parents bedroom and got in their bed and peed in it! Imagine their horror when they came in to go to bed and had to change the sheets! Lol.

I have a brother who do walks while sleeping too. It always happen to him when he is in deep sleep. I think that is a medical condition that has to be treated. We have ask him to see a doctor but he refused he says nothing wrong about him. I don't know if there's nothing to worry about that but for me it's something to be given importance.
