How many times a day do you brush your teeth?

Well I was taught to brush my teeth twice a day because that's what 99% of the dentist will say, I'm guessing. However I know someone who brushes their teeth once a day and still manage to keep it healthy and haven't been going to dentist for like 5 years.I was shocked when i heard that.

thats a great question to tell you first. i brush twice a day. and this the way i do it. i brush first before going to sleep in the evening and will not eat anything after that and when i wake up in the morning i brush only after eating the breakfast. before the breakfast i do gargle and after that i brush. this is the way i was told to brush by my dentist . you may find it unique but it is this way. and i have really kept my teeth in a very goo condition. try this way out and let me know whats the result.

That's what Australians do too but not me...because back in my country its twice a day too but quite opposite to what you do. We still brush before we go sleep and not eat. But when we wake up in the morning, first thing we brush our teeth then eat breakfast. Well that's how I was taught back in kindergarten but I think things should have change now. However, I can't live with the taste in my mouth after I woke up, so I tend to brush my teeth first.

I brush twice a day and it is a good practice to do so.If we take any food after brusing, then also we have to wash our mouth with water to free from germs.

well i don't know2 about how much i brush my teeth ,however i do brush my teeth various times, i usaully stay at home so on such a day when i stay at home i brush my teeth twice that is at morning and at night. And between that time i nibble on a piece of cheese .my bio professor told me that eating cheese neautralises that acid formed.Come to think of it i had three previous decays in my younger age when i ate a lot of sweets .But now i guess they are oaky now.i havent talked to a dentist for lets say 2 years even let alone getting a checkup .
