Summer the best time to lose weight

oh It is summer again. So it's normal for the girls to lose weight during these days.In college, every night I can see those lovely girls skipping running and danceing on the playground.I have to say that they are so great for persisting. Yeah I have some experience to share with you. I mean if you are eager to be slim.First make sure your body always has enough water as we are easy to sweat in hot weather.The water can increase the blood circulation and help us lose weight. Second Eat more vegetables and fruits less flour.They are low fat food so we can not gain weight.for having various of vetamines those benefit our health.Last in order to improve the effective ,we can not ignore the sports.after all, exercise is the most helpful way for every body. so those are all my opinions.But I also want to hear your voice .Let's share your directions now!

riding is a good exercise to lose weight - i love riding a lot, especially in summer and autumn when it is not too hot, but cool morning.
Hello dear tracytian. It is a very good summary of yours as to the issue of losing weight in summer time. I agree with you that it is good for us to not only pay attention to the diet, but also exercise if we would like to lose some weight and keep us healthy.
