adding a link page

i am having trouble adding a link page with the subscription info to my website,,,
I want to add the link, so when they click on it, they can subscribe to the penpal list or order gifts and I am having trouble doing so.
The link will have the application/order form on it and option to pay with paypal but I can't figure it out,
Does anyone know how I can do this? if so, step by step please..thank you

That's really hard to answer based on the information given. What kind of language are your site in (.Net, PHP??)... Maybe upload some your your bugged code and I'll take a look at it .
