Have you seen one? How does it feel? In what way can you say that you see a ghost? Do you have a "3rd Eye"?

HELLO ^^ i do believe in ghosts it feels weird tho :P cuz u dont know what kind of ghost because some ghosts are violent some are neutral i can say that i can see ghosts because ive seen one already i saw a "WHite lady" they are true! a white lady has no face all white very long hair and it touches the ground....and they like to roam around if they are a restless spririt and yes i have a 3rd eye and everyone has a 3rd eye but not all people can open their 3rd eye's...

Yes, everyone one has his or her own 3rd eye but not all are open, maybe for some reasons. But according to some paranormal expert you can open your 3rd eye if you want too. Seeing a white lady makes me scared. goosebumps! :-s
