If it was something that I didn't agree with, and it went against my personal beliefs. Then I would have to kindly tell them that I wouldn't do it.

Yes I would if it was something I completely disagreed with or if it was dangerous or if someone would get hurt by me doing what they want me to do.

Yes I would and I have. I have often questioned a boss and refused to do things I didn't agree with unless they have a convincing reason for doing it.
