My cat just freaked me out!

My computer sits opposite a window and picks up all the reflections from things going on outside. Just now, I was typing and my screen picked up the reflection of someone moving outside the window. It freaked me out, considering that this window overlooks our back yard. And, noone should be out there, right now. Then of course, I realized that my cat was just lounging in the window sill. I really should move my computer or put down the shades! LOL! Sometimes my big cat will run up on me and meow loudly. And it scares me everytime he does it, even if I seem him coming from across the room. He has a big presence in a little body. Has your cat ever scared you, before? Does your cat like lounging in the window and enjoying the sunshine?
