What is Windows UWI?

I just browsed by some computer stores and there it was, a computer that says windows uwi installed. I tried to research over the internet about that and still can't see the relevance or the significance of the software comparing to windows XP SP2 and Windows Vista. So for all the people out there, can anyone help me in my quest of knowledge for this particular edition of windows or is it not???
