I am heading to my dad's today for a big family bbq. Half of my family just moved back to the states last week. We are going to have about 20-25 people and we are celebrating my nieces birthday, her first one living here! We have tons of food, presents and loads of fun! I am bring a few clothes baskets of water balloons as a surprise. How are your family get togethers? Are you close?

Wow, really a big family BBQ. To our family we seldom go out with some many people. The biggest activity is when the lunar new year come, all family will be together and have supper. We always hold in the home, so the number of person is limited, there is not more than 15 person for one supper. I think every child like the new year, they can eat a lot.

That sounds like fun except I don't like the water balloons. I hyperventilate if I get water in my face and so I never do much like that with water. We don't have family reunions and I really wish we did. I think that it would be nice to see the family that lives other places more than we do.

Our rule is if you are in the house, no water balloons. Why not plan a reunion your self?

I am so sorry for that. There are good reasons to stay away from family.
