Do you easily get anger? and how do you manage your anger? I admit, i easily got angry and i manage it by saying " relax, relax " and i do inhale and exhale. hehe

good day yes sometimes I get easily angered specially when I'm really having a bad day. I just remember Confucious saying " If anger rises think of the consequences"

I easily get angered especially when i am pressured. To manage it, i pause for awhile, have a deep breath and say to myself "calm down","calm down", then smile. It's effective.

I can control my anger.If I'm mad at someone close to me, I'll just go to sleep and pretend it does'nt happen when I woke up.
