for indonesian member, have you ever withdraw paypal?

first of all, i just apologize to everyone cause in this matter, i just wanna share something with indonesian member 
i just curious if one of you ever withdraw paypal into your bank account especially in here is BCA. cause i ever failed to withdraw paypal into my BCA account. so far, i withdraw my paypal balance into my MANDIRI bank account.
i just wonder to know, if you are using BCA, what would you put into bank name? is it BCA or Bank Central Asia? what about 7 digit of bank code? what should be there?

I have not yet withdraw money to my BCA account yet cause when i asked their 7 digit codes, they gave me SWIFT codes which I know is not the seven digit code.
Can you tell me the 7 digit code of Bank Mandiri? maybe I can withdraw my paypal money later in Bank Mandiri. Why you wanted to used BCA when you can use Mandiri as your bank account in Paypal?

depend on the information in some forum, for BCA you just put number of BCA depend on BI which is 014 and add 4 digit early number in your number account. but i am not too sure either for this matter thats why i asked if there is anyone here ever withdraw to BCA.
for Mandiri, its depend on the branch. on that time i just put 7 digit number which stated in opening date of my account

I haven't tried withdrawing my paypal amount. however, did you try what Cosa Aranda suggested back then?
