Backspace key, the most used in keypad.

i think i press the backspace key too often kethy. but i can't say that it is the most key i used in the keyboard. i think the most pressed key is the space bar. and then the backspace would be the next one, followed by the enter key and the delete key. at least that's true for me. i think. i have been typing for so many years and i think i have fairly memorized the location of each letter in the keyboard so i seldom make mistakes in typing. and i can type without looking in the keyboard and just concentrate on the monitor. but i still make mistakes once in a while.

LOL, you and your typos. How do you type? Do you use the touch method or the "hunt and peck" method? I use the touch method. I don't even have to look at the keyboard when I type. :) Backspace? Yeah, I have to use it once in a while, but it is not the most used key on my keyboard. I suggest you install a Typing Tutor software in your computer and learn typing. You won't have to use the backspace so much then. :) Cheers and lots of luck with the backspace. LOL

i dont have difficulty in typing here since im a little bit used to it prior to this..(my work)its understandable for beginners to be like that...happy typing here

I wish there was a backspace key for our lives! I'd backspace about 30 years! The older I get, the more times I find myself using the backspace key. I have to agree with you, at least right now it is my favorite key! I used to be a typesetter/proofreader/copy editor. I could type 130 words per minute with no errors. But life slows us down in many ways... sigh! At least it's a lot better than the old way of handling errors in spelling while typing... painting on White-Out and then blowing on it to make sure it was dry before retyping it (and hope you don't make the same mistake again!).

I think I use the "i" button most, or maybe " ", but I guess I use the backspace alot too, don't know. By the way, I didn't use the backspace button once in this text :)

I have to disagree. I think it is the second most used key.lol For me the most used key is the space bar. But I know what you mean. I sometimes trip over my own typing too. Too bad typos don't self correct. Maybe that is the next advancement with computers.

Dont fear about typing skills In fact I also dont know about typing just 5 months before but due my practise in typing and I went to typing exam and sequred the district first in those exams. If you want to become a typist just play games like typing master,typing skill developer etc.
