Fathers Day is around the corner. What are your plans for

I don't really have any plans for Fathers Day. I know that I will see my father, but nothing special planned. I might take my daughter to see her father and let him spend the day with her. He was supposed to see her this past weekend, but my car was acting funny so we did not go. My son's father is a jerk, so he will probably not get to see him.

I guess that my father would be surprised if I went to visit him for Father's day. However, I have my own family now, and I think I get to have them celebrate my fatherhood. We will go out to eat. My wife will try to find a present to make me smile. In truth, all I need to smile is a nice relaxing bit of play time with my lovely daughter and an evening of no arguments with the wife. As a younger man, I used to add something else to that mix.. but there's no need to be pushy. :)

My father passed away in 2001, so I will probably take a trip to his grave and put flowers on it. I really don't like going there because it's hard for me. I will also do something for my husband. and our kids I am sure will make him some cute crafty things, they love doing that. also, I never do anything for my mothers husband but I am thinking that maybe I should do something for him this year. hopefully it will make him feel good and let him know I do like him and appreciate him in my mom's life.
