I wonder why the topic picture for India is an "eye"

Could someone explain to me why the topic picture for India is an eye with green color eyeshadow, it is something so different from the rest of the topic pictures as all the other pictures either directly or indirectly indicate what the topic meant

I think a lot of people associate India with beautiful, exotic women. I guess someone just thought the eye reminded them of an Indian woman. I haven't seen that picture of the eye but that's the best reason I can think of.
