stop signs

Do you always stop at stop signs? Even if you know there is never anyone coming from the other direction at that particular sign? I find that some of the signs in our area are completely uncalled for. I stop at them anyway, but sometimes I wonder how come I do.

Mostly, but not if it's obvious that no cars are coming from either direction.

Yes I always make an effort to stop at all stop signs just because I have children and want to be a good role model for them as well as keep them safe at all times. Plus the majority of accidents fall within 5 miles of your home. However, the stop signs around my home, I have to be honest and say sometimes I do a "california stop" instead of a regular stop, which is kind of a stop & go technique. I will try better though.

Yes, I do stop at all of the stop signs, you never know if a police man could be near by and see you if you do not stop. But I do agree with you, a lot of the stop signs really are uncalled for.
