what is an appropriate present for a Kinder Teacher?

Hi,
School is coming to and end for my Kindergarten.
I like to give my little girl teacher a present for her effort.
The teacher have been very helpful and attentive to my daughters needs and behavior issues. The teacher have been very nice in letting me sit in the classroom while she teaches.
As a mother to an autistic child, having a teacher that is willing to work with you, your child and communicate your concerns to the school pschylogist is very important.
What kind of present is appropriate for a teacher to say "thank you"?

Hi, thanks for the suggestion.
A picture frame with my daughter's picture sounds like a very good idea.
yep mysurvey has easy surveys and you always qualify with 10 points, and if you qualify further you get 200 or more points per survey.
that is too bad you cannot sign up for that site.

That's great that your daughter had a wonderful teacher this year and I'd want to give her something special, too. Do you know anything about what she likes or her life outside of the classroom? A flowering plant is nice or a decent pen and pencil set in a case is something a teacher can always use. If she drinks coffee you could give her a pretty cup or check out the little gift shops at the mall if you have one near you.

these are very good questions and suggestions.
I don't know what the teacher likes outside of the classroom. I don't think she drinks coffee either. she eats very healthy too.
But I like your idea bout a nice flowering plant. I believe she will like it.
