Hey, can someone please explain to me how exactly this site works? I know it said you can make money by starting discussions. Do you also get money by responding to discussions that aren't your own? Also does anyone know how much money you get paid for each discussion... like how much one reply is worth???

No one knows how they calculate the payments but you do get paid for responding as well as for starting discussions.
