What's Wrong with England's Style of Play

Why is it that whenever a defender gets the ball, his instinct seems to be to pass it backwards? I've seen this happen sooooo many times under Sven and McLaren and it doesn't seem to have changed even under the new boss. Every time they pass back, the 'keeper hoofs it up field and they invariably lose possession. Look at the way other teams play (or indeed how or top premiership teams play). The defenders pass the ball forwards or even run with it! Why not England?

England style of play seems it is best but in profession it is very instinct and about her play is good and their team is also talented.some defenders has lose their profession in their style of play.
