The Next Phase, Sigh!

As most of you know, I recently lost my last sister; that was difficult. Now I have to help clean out our family home. The house sat empty for years before my late sister moved in an is in extremely bad repair. I need to renovate or rebuild but cannot afford either. Anyone have any ideas that might help? I am in a pickle with my own home and I just cannot afford to keep up both houses.
