Zhi Char store at Anchorvale!!!

Char Hor Fun - A broad noodle dish with a starchy sauce. Usually stir fried with seafood and vegetables. There are a few varieties of it. Some like it with dark soy sauce and meat. Others like it with light soy sauce and fish. All of them are nice!

We finally have our very own Zhi Char store at our coffeeshop! Finally some decent food with more varieties! For your information, Zhi Char loosely translate to Cook and Fry. More to chinese cooking... you know, stir fry noodles, Mu Shu Pork, Bok Choy with Oyster sauce... etc. Anyways, I used to have to walk to the next coffeeshop a few blocks away to get my fix. Now is just a stone's throw away. Anyone here tried it yet? Their food is not too bad. A bit on the expensive side though. But good to eat comparing to the rest of the stalls. It is really a refreshing change.

wow finally a eating place that sells food in sengkang. care to share the exact location? i used to like the coffeeshop around block 20x but it closed suddenly. i had to settled for instant noodles on some days. i'd definitely try out this new place. cheers.

The coffee shop at 308 loh. The stall that sells the seafood soup, porridge and zhu cha tang. She is now selling Zhi Char as well. The food is pretty good. Could be better, but good. Like I said, a tat on the expensive side though. So far, I have tried its dishes over three dinners and find it satisfying. Hope the price will not go up anytime soon, cos the business is brisk! New menu and everyone is queuing to try them! Heh heh... Share your reviews after you makan yah?

oh i've not yet venture to that side. i've generally stayed around compassvale area. guess it's about time to check out anchorvale. will definitely check it out. i hope the price doesn't go up too fast too.
