my adsense showing Public Service Ads pls advice

Google is serving public service ads. - Google is well known as a search engine by through adsense programme we can make money too.

hi friends i have just loging to google adsense a/c and got one message that your adsense is shouwing PSA due to incomplate address details given by you but i have checked i have given my all informatoin already nothing is change i was getting ads with same address information but i dont know what happen . pls advice what to do next in this scenerio.
