Master cleanse

Have you ever heard of this master clease or the lemonade diet? I am about to try it out and was just looking for information online about it.

I have never heard of it. What is involved in it? Just drinking lemonade for a few days or what? Does it make you go to the bathroom alot?

I've heard of it, looked it up on the web, I haven't tried it. I always keep fresh lemons in the house, I've read that they really are healthy. I usually squeeze their juice in my water that I drink.
