My Cat has a Disease of some sort. What should i do?

Recently, my cat had been acting a little bit weird. He is scratching his entire body. From his ears, to his neck and down to his belly. And he would tend to drink more water now compared before. And there are these white/brownish grape-like clusters on his skin. I'm really getting worried now because it seems that he had already lost his appetite for food and he is just drinking more and more water. I believe that those itching spots in his body has something to do with this. If anyone of you out there know about this, please help me out. Is there any home remedy i can do to my cat? Because our local veterinarian here is out of town. I'll be glad to hear your suggestions and advice. Thank you very much.

We are not vets, take him to the vet. This sounds very strange, and a vet needs to look at him.

It's really strange. I was just wondering if any of you out there have already experienced the same case with your cats. And if so, i would just wanna know what remedies did you do for your lovely pets before you were able to bring them into the veterinarians clinic. Thanks. ^_^

Honestly, I've had over 50 cats, maybe getting closer to 100, and I've never seen this. The only time I had a cat thirsty he was diabetic, and he didn't have weird spots.

the best bet is to FIND a veterinarian... it could be anything from fleas to ticks (embedded ticks can cause lumps) OR it could be some type of tumor or cyst or cancer.... i'd say FIND a veterinarian if you love your cat... if there are clusters on the skin it NEEDS veterinarian care even if it were just caused by fleas (though fleas dont normally cause lumps or grape-like clusters) most likely if ANYTHING is causing lumps or clusters on a cats skin it probably is life-threatening... if you cant afford a veterinarian then find the local ASPCA shelter and give them the cat... (do not do this with a non ASPCA shelter...) the ASPCA will take care of it and find a new home for it where it will be taken care of..
