What linux distro?

Which one do you like and why?
My personal favorite DSL linux. Becuase I can run most of my daily programs and utilities from a Thumb drive (256mb model that was a previous MP3 player).

Ubuntu is pretty good but its a full distro and therefore will not fit on a flash drive. Other than Ubuntu I've tried RedHat and Fedora but neither compare to Ubuntu as far as I know. Yellow Dog for the PS3 is pretty good too with its Enlightenment interface.

I've actually never really gotten started with Linux. I would love to get rid of my Win XP installation, but I haven't been sure which Linux is the best... Maybe I should give DSL a try?
