Sizzling Brownie anyone???

there are lots of yummy desserts in india and this goes on top of my list. you think only steak is served on a sizzling plate..naaaaah..imagine moist brownie in sizzling chocolate sauce with a big scoop of ice cream. sounds yummy? tastes yummy!

That sounds pretty good actually. i might try that at home.
I think it would be pretty easy to make chocolate sauce sizzle. We have a hot fudge cake that you back here and is served warm, it sounds similar to your brownie.

great! lemme know how it goes.. i have also tried something similar in chili's its called molten chocolate cake and it looks like a volcano with a big scoop of vanilla icecream. inside the cake is yummy hot fudge. only its served in a big plate not a sizzling one.

sorry for the confusion but this is actually my most unforgettable dessert. i am not from india but i stayed there for almost a month and found this unique dessert and i loved it. so as a going home present my friend from india gave me a small sizzling plate for my sizzling brownie.
aside from this, i am a big fan of chocolate cake =) toblerone cake prolly is the best hehe =)

The only sizzling dessert I've ever had was a grilled slice of pound cake. It was sooo good! The outside had grill marks and was a little crispy. :D

I've tried something similar to this. Brownie a la mode is what we call it over here. And if you like this, then I'm sure you'll enjoy freshly bakes chocolate chip cookie topped with vanilla ice cream. I'm a big ice cream fan. It's my favorite dessert, but when it comes with a pastry--even better!

i havent actually tried cookies with icecream save for cookies an cream flavored icecream LOL but that sounds good ill give it a try thanks =)
