They say that beauty fades and that love dies. How apropos is that? I thought. The wonderful beauty that once controled masses a flit of the hand was now a lump of depression not wanting to move or get out of bed. I did not take this job to sit here and go buy this self absorbed brain dead person bons bons every day so that she can wallow in self pity about her loss of popularity among those that she once inspired. Why the heck did I take this job I berated myself !! Well because she was someone you looked up to. Ha. Now she was a washed up no body that needed life management and someone to poke her to move out of bed and away from the bon bons. Grrr. I wasn't going to get any where in my life sitting here trying to move this waste of space. "Madam, it times to get up. You first appointment arrives at Noon and you have 2 hours to get ready." I stated with quickly while efficiently putting out a cream suit and matching heels and some accessories, such as earings and a nice pearl necklace. " Madam, this is your first business meeting in the last two months since you went on retreat. You don't want to give them the wrong impression. " I continued you on noticing her movement under the covers," I have a bath drawn and have some rose and lilac in it to help you relax and have a sexy glow and feeling. Now come on up up let's get moving. I also have you itenarary on the dresser right by the new lip sticks you wanted and I'm going down stairs to get you fruit salad prepared if you need me. " I heard her grumble and out of the corner of my eye I saw her get out of bed and stumble grogily to the tub. Yeah ! One battle over and seventy more to go. Being a PA and Cook and Maid to Ms Georgina Russelle didn't give me any free time. But I was young and with no life of my own and so desperately wanting to make it and get noticed in her world. Goergina was a shrewd business woman and a very talented songstress and performer. Her shows always delivered and she was always playing to the crowd. But as of late her boss was not herself and rightly so she just went throught the most public divorce and what I saw that no one else did strengthen my vows that love dies and beauty fades. I myself have lost all faith in the marital structure. I have based this on countless divorced friends, family members, ex coworkers, and now my boss. Does nothing last in this day and age I thought to myself. The answer came back very quickly and it was a resounding No. Quickly I ran into the kitchen throwing together fresh melons, strawberries, grape and very fresh pineapple. Yum it looke delicious .. Off to the frigde with that and now to make a nice lite dressing maybe a sweet and tangy citrus dressing with some mint. Yep there we go
