The New York Yankees beat the Oakland A's tonight by a score of 3 to 1. Chien Ming Wang got back on the winning track by allowing one earned run over 7 and a third innings. Melky Cabrera hit a home run and Alex Rodriguez went two for four the lad the Yankees in hitting.

Thank god too. I was starting to get worried about Wang there. He seemed to really get off track in may. If you had told me at the start of june mussina would have more wins than wang i would've told you that you were completely insane.

I know. I was ready to send Mussina to the scrap heap. But he learn how to throw all those old school Nintendo flutterballs. lol

Yeah he's learned how to adjust from power pitcher to control/finess pitcher and he's succeeding well at it.
