which kind of a person you are???????/Do you like to follow instructions or you want to set instructions for others????????Do U have qualities of a good leader or You are a good follower?

Have you heard this "a great follower is a great leader". Before a man becomes a leader he should be a follower first. If he was able to show great patience and contribution as a follower .... definitely he would become a great leader. I don't know which I am, I just do my job right and well. You can ask my boss! Hahaha... Take care

I am primarily a good follower but from my elementary to college years I was handling leadership roles. My superiors would say that I leadership is something that I need to improve, in fact, it's only something that is lacking in my abilities. Even now I still tend to show my leadership instincts even if I'm not the leader of a group. I think that it's something that I will continue on improving whether I like it or not because somehow I feel that it is my calling.
