If you have an ebay store tell us what you primarily sell. If you just sell occasionally, tell us about that too.

Yes, I was the same way. I was loosing money at the start but then I did a little planning and it's working out fine. It just takes a little time. Good luck.

When I was overseas I did really well selling Disney merchandise that was only available in Japan. Now I do a little here and there selling baby/kids clothes, but that's about it. I want to get back into it and have a friend who may start partnering with me in Japan to start shipping merchandise here for me to sell it.

I have sold a few things on there. But not really sure what is selling right now. I would say brand new items would sell for Christmas.

It's all a matter of finding a niche and running with it. My idea of selling fabric was an accident but I have expanded tremendously in the past 6 months. Ebay is my full time job now. I love it!

I don't have a store, but I've made like $2000 in a couple months selling mainly vacuums. If you want to know how you can do it, send me a message. It's really simple.

I use to sell electronics but then the competition took over, it then got too expensive to continue seling on ebay.

Yep. You must find suppliers that offer products cheap enough to generate a good profit after the fees or it's a lot of work for nothing.

Yep. It's a great place to find children's clothes and get some money back on the things they've outgrown.

I am currently pregnant and have been ordering quite a few maternity clothes from eBay. I have given some thought to selling as well but I haven't started yet. What do you sell on eBay?

Lots of good deals on ebay (especially in my store :-)) but you have to be very picky and read all of the fine print. I do all my Christmas shopping on ebay as well.

i've sold many things i have no use for anymore in the house, and i go to garage sales, and buy things that i think will sell. like name brand clothing in great shape, books, brand new things still in boxes (wedding gifts people don't want). i actually bought a car for my 40th birthday from ebay. i was a little scared to purchase something that large, and expensive, but i wanted a convertible saab, and it was from pennsylvania-so my husband flew out to get it, and drove it back home. it's a perfect car!
