No tumble dry vs centrifuge on washing machine?

Hi,
If my clothes say 'no tumble dry' and there is a centrifuge option on the washing machine, do I need to turn that off, or is spin cycle ok?

If the item of clothing is something delicate or something that can lose it's shape by stretching, you should wash in on the Gentle cycle if you have that option. If not, you should hand wring your delicates because a strong spin cycle can ruin them.
