LIfe is too short and we must not waste any moments for unhappy memories in our life.My friends said come let's go out one day you can't go out because your'e to sick to walk.Have holiday if you can afford don't lose this best opportunity while your'e young.

Everyone want to enjoy this life, and value the time. But to myself, I can hardly forget those unhappy things. And there is many unappy thing always happened is our life. Life is all of up and down, we have to face those, but how to deal the downs, if a person really can don't care of those? I think it's a hard course to us.

It's really hard to move on with heavy heart,just take it easy and try to make all heavy things lighter to carry.goodluck and GOD bless
