PTC sites can give the real money? can we earn big money from?

I am doing my work at many ptc sites from different sites, this work I started last 4 months, yet I did'nt get any money from these sites, But I got $1 from one of ptc site it was very funny to listen this, but it's my first payment from this site. But I am thinking many times is this sits can give us real money earnings? or big money earning? how many people agree with this topic, who really give the right answer, I have these doubts about the ptc sites, still I am working hard and daily work on that.
