I am SOOOOO angry , how can i calm down ? any suggestion

Ok last night i had an arguement with my roomate/friend (just because i put an AC in my room , afterall it was only 105 degrees in my room!!)i've known this person for years and even though sometimes i couldnt stand her i always held it back , but last night was just the last drop and she told me that i have to move out and that she decides because she's the lease holder. The point is that i am sooooooo angry this morning that i can barely breath!!! i am the type of person that if i have a problem with someone i have to keep arguing untill that peron is out of my life!!(i know is stupid and not worth it but i think that's my nature )but again i don't know how to calm down , so my question is How do you calm down?

whose fault do you think is it??
did you tell your friend you were gonna put an AC??
maybe you did have some fault to..
but asking you to move out was way too much for a reaction..
you know people say ugly things when they're angry..and you dont want to eat your words up when you the both of you are in good terms again..
you should stay in a quiet place for a while and breathe..then when you feel like nothing's on your throat, that's when you're really ready to talk..
i hope this one will help you..
believe me..getting mad is not an answer..

thaks for your answer,
and yes i did tell her that i was gonna put an AC in my room and she told me that it was ok and that it was a good idea and than..she got mad because she said i didn t tell her. ......people are weird....
