I don't know about anyone else, but my son brings home a lot of papers and projects from school. He is special needs, so they are things that help him get past some of his tactal issues. My problem is I hate to throw them away, but I only have so much room in my house, and we have a second son that will be adding to the collection before long. How do you decide what papers and projects are important enough that you want to keep them? How do I get past feeling guilty for not keeping all of them? I know how hard he has worked on some of them, so I feel bad just pitching them in the trash. Help?

Twins - Identical twin girls
At first I kept everything. Then twins arrived. I started keeping the special projects then. When the twins started school the projects tripled and I kept as many as I could but my filing cabinet filled up quickly. Then I started keeping only the important ones like Mother's Day and Birthday Cards that they would make or a project that turned out exceptionally well. Good luck, it is a hard decision to make and tougher with more than one kid!
