White chocolate is made the same way as milk chocolate and dark chocolate, the difference is the ingredients. It all begins with the cacao tree. The seeds of the tree's fruits are the cacao beans, harvested and fermented for six or seven days and then dried. And then the beans are roasted, the cocoa is ground, resulting in a thick liquid (i used to drink this tsokolate)
. This liquid is used to make unsweetened chocolate... (champorado)

Not sure what white chocolate is made of, but I'm pretty sure it's chocolate. It tastes like chocolate, so it must be chocolate. Nothing can taste that much like chocolate unless it is chocolate.
