I know that the father in your life is not looking forward to the usual tie, socks, or even Sports Illustrated magazine. So why not give them something healthy this year to keep him around for a lot more father's days. Here are six suggestions, tell me if any one of them sounds like a good idea to you. http://www.qualityhealth.com/psp/6-healthy-fathers-day-gifts/featurearticles/featuredArticle.jspa?rf=28495&mc=MTQ0MjA4NzA.

None of those sound like gifts that my father would appreciate. He is hard to buy for. Most of the time my siblings and I buy him something edible. You can't go wrong giving my father food as a gift.

I won't be getting anyone anything for Father's Day, I just stopped by to say HI and see how you are doing. I hope things are well with you. Things in my part of the counry are good, we have a heat wave going on and we have had a few storms, nothing serious. Take care, see you around.

Hey what's up, I have not heard from you in a while. Glad to know that you are doing great. I do not shop for father's day either. I just thought I would help with some different suggestions that I came across.
