Dividing Up one on one time with multiple children

For those of you who have many children, how do you divide up one on one time so you have special time with each of them? I tend to not necessarily do "one on one" time, but let one of the boys pick the activity and we'll all do it. I definitely try to spend time with them individually, just wondering if anyone has a "system" that they use to make this happen. Thanks!

It's hard for me. My husband and I really have to kinda divide and conquer. In other words sometimes they get one on one time with daddy and sometimes me. I had heard once where each child got a day and could pick one activity to do. Part of it also depends on how many kids you have.

Divide and conquer...LOL... yep, we're outnumbered so that is only partially effective! Thanks for your suggestion!

My kids are 8 and 16 months. They do pretty well with spending time with me together. They do get jealous of each other sometimes. The baby goes to bed before my son, so I spend alone time with him after she goes to bed and she gets me during the day while he is at school.

That is a good separation of time... I tend to do my one on one time with our youngest (almost 4) at bedtime, lots of snuggling and stories and talking just Mommy and Sammy... but he "gets" me a lot during the day as well because the older boys (8 year old twins) don't necessarily need me as much as the younger one... We homeschool, so although I spend time with the twins when Sam goes to bed, they usually both get me. LOL... Although last night, Daniel fell asleep and Jonah and I played monopoly by ourselves... I just sometimes feel like I need a better system. One of the twins (I feel) is left out some because of the intensive medical needs that the other two boys have. I try very hard to compensate for this... but there's only so much I can do...treatments need to be done... Thanks for your answer!
