Do you regret it? or was it planned ? if you had to do it over again would you wait or do it just the same?

I found out that I was pregnant for the first time at the age of 20. It wasn't a planned pregnancy, none of mine were. After 5 children, I can honestly say that I do not regret starting at a young age, and I certainly wouldn't change it. There are several ways that you can look at my situation, however, I choose to view it this way. I was young when I started and my first baby will be 16 in September. I have had the fortune of not being too old to remember what it was like to grow up, learn responsibility, struggle through first love or the excitement of learning to drive. It definitely isn't the right choice for everyone to start having a family at a young age. I have also had my own struggles with the fact that I wasn't able to go out when I wanted too, or party all night. But I wouldn't trade my life now for any of those things that I supposedly missed! As for regret, it is a waste of time to spend your life wondering if you should have done things differently. You cannot change the past, but you can look forward to today and all of the joys that it will bring!
