When will you "+","-" Rate the Discussions/Responses??

I use to rate the others dicussion and response, when ever i am responding/commenting their dicussions and the responses. I will not kept it for so long like marking the Best Resonse.. Because this is entirly differ from the Best response. What do you think?? do you need to wait for long time, and Rate is after words..? or do you also agree that the rating can be done once it can be viewd.. Please post your comments..

Hi, Sometimes, I will rate discussions and responses too. I will rate "+" when I feel that the responses or discussions are good. But if I do not like the discussions or responses, I will surely not hitting the "-" and I will just leave the discussions.

i rate the times when i respond to a discussion. may be also when i get response sfor my own discussion. i take some time to mark the best response. i wait to get really the best one.
