The Answer is yes for me. When I was younger the roads were definitly less crowded. I'm not really complaining as I can get out at night when traffic is basicly dead on the roads. I know during the day with all the added red lights and the increase in population in my town that its terrible with the gas prices being so high. I know its alot worse in other places though.

Yes, I live in a small town and I think that traffic is a lot worse than it was when I was younger. I know that the population has over doubled so as you guess so has the traffic stream on the road. I hate the fact that things are so crowded but that is life.

There definately is a lot more speedhumps ( sleeping policemen ) in on the roads in our area !!! . I suppose that they are put there with good intention to stop accidents, but the reality of this is that it only inconveinences the sensible drivers because the looneys still drive like madmen and get an extra thrill going over the humps.

I would have to say that question is hard to answer, because me,my fiance, and my parents leave in a small county out in the country, and there has never been much traffic, even though there might be a little more traffic then there used to be,since now we have a Super Wal Mart.
