Should Dolphinoplasty be available on the NHS.

For those individuals that are unfortunately born in the body of a human but know that all along they are a dolphin? What about other species-change operations? Should other special facilities be made available for the trans-speciesed?

I felt like I was in a twilight zone while reading your discussion. No offense meant, but is there really such a thing scientifically? Species change? It really feels like straight out of science fiction. I actually find this very preposterous but heck! facts are sometimes stranger than fiction. But in this instance, you really are kidding,right?

What about a small Japanese man that 'knows' he was born in the wrong body should he be given an operation to make him into a tall black man?
