Alert Pay vs Paypal

is anyone using any of these services for pay outs? I see most PTC's use Alertpay,would you recommend it?

I am using paypal only for my payment processor at evrywhere i know they have many restriction here and there. I don't know about alert pay i will try it out and see which is better.

I have both account on this payment processor. I recommend paypal though it's a bit hard because you have to be verified. But Paypal are available around the world. But I still try to use my Alertpay.
