Where Do They Still Offer Technical Writing?

Also known as, "Writing for Professionals"? The university where I go stopped offering this course about 3 years ago. However, it is required for a lot of vet schools that I want to apply to. I've looked at the local community colleges already and it isn't there either. Has anyone taken this course? If so, where? Ideally, distance education through the internet would be great, but I'd go anywhere in Southern CA to take it too.
