Positive: We are known for being hospitable- strong family values like doing the "mano", strong bond with family, good places to visit and rich in culture. Negative : Not so time conscious, rampant corruption, dirty streets and trash, and poverty.

i agree to that!! we have a rich culture, we have a rich natural resources.. we have a good government system, but we lack of good government officials...
