flashes of light!!!

ive been suffering from migraine sice i was 10. and now i'm 27. but nothing change. i took biogesic to ease the pain but when it terribly attacks i took ibuprofen. before the attack i saw flashes of lights is there any connection with migraine. what should i do is this for lifeteime disease?? are you suffering for this also. what did you do?

Hi!!!dont ever take ibuprofen.consult a doctor.you know for migrainne there is no cure,research is still going on.the only thing is you should be able to recognise the factors that trigger migrainne.i guess you suffer from severe attacks of migrainne.whennever you feel the headache is going to start you just take painkiller.there some symtoms before the attacks.i feel the pain in my eyes & immediately i take crocin pain relief.& if its too late the headache starts& no option than to stay with it.the headache lasts for 2-3 days & its killin.

Hi. Ive also been suffereing with migraines since i was a child too and i'm 21 now. I havnt found anything that works for them really. i get the migraines where i get fuzzy patches of vision and theres nothin i can do to stop the fuzzy patches :( i wish i could find something to cure them forever!
So i know how you feel, but i cant help unfortunately :(
