Do you think sports will improve your sleeping quality?

I'm alaways sleepless,my friend tell me do some exercises before go to bed will helpful,however, which makes me feel so excited that I have no drowsiness."sports will improve your sleeping quality"is that true?

I believe Sports or just sweating it out for that matter, is a way to a healthier life. My personal experience can attest to this and I do sleep better when I get some exercise either through sports or just jogging. There were times when I was still single when I could not sleep and when I couldn't sleep, I take about 30 minutes in the treadmill and I would get to sleep without like a clockwork afterwards. Works all the time for me.

Yes!! Its true.Whenever I do some exercise,it makes me tired so,I had good sleep due to the tiredness.Doing exercise is good for health,atleast I can loose some extra weight.
