Chinese food culture is broad and profound.If you had the honour to come to China,you certainly will not miss all kinds of cuisine.Even if you did not come to China,you will certainly more or less know something about chinese food.So tell us,what's your inpression of chinese cuisine?Which is your favorite one?

i've only visit one province amongst so many in china. although i'm chinese, i'm born and bred in singapore. i'd love to go to china and eat my way around. there are simply too many food i want to try. it's rather difficult to pick a favourite as each has it's own merits. if i have to pick, i guess i'll go for dong po pork. the melt-in-the-mouth pork is out of this world. talking about it makes me hungry now. got to go find food now. cheers.

well you've got it right. my ancestors hailed from southern china. that could explain why i love southern food. i can't wait to go back to southern china. the food there is simply heavenly. talking about it makes me wish i have wings to fly back immediately. :D

Dong po pork,yes,a famous southern China cuisine,lots of southern chinese like it,but I don't quite like it ,because they have put suger in it.

Chines cuisine is for me one of the best food created in the world.They have variety of same dish.I love their tofu which the Philippines has acquired from them.I also like their dimsums and noodles specially the soup.

Tofu,oh,that's just great,my hometown is just the cradle of tofu and if you have the chance to come here,I will provide the best tofu cuisine around China to you !!!

i love chinese food. i also imitate to cook some lol. i imitate to cook some sweet and sour meat balls and fish. i love tofu too. i also love dimsum and dumplings. with soysauce and hot garlic chili sause wow wow wow. food is the best thing ever, but we always to eat it moderately and dont over stuff ourselves. stay healthy and be happy

I don't know why I choose chinese food as one of my favorite food, may be it's so simple to make it or fit with my taste. All people can do it everyday, all material so easy to find.

Some of the chinese food could be simple,but most of them have a complex production processes,nearly everyone of them can be seen as a artwork.
