Natural way to reduce weight ....

I've heard from many people that they lost weight in natural way about 20-25 kg per month, when I knew how I got amazed ...It was just using Cabbage, the way was is to boil it for a while until it become smooth and then when you go to bed put the leafs at your full areas to loos fats and weight, and some people make a diet by drinking cabbage water after boiling it. I also heard these two information from a Doctor who give prescription by herbs and natural ways. What do you think? Anyone who try this method? Did it work?

Did the doctor tell that info directly to you or your friend told you like that way? I do hope you could answer that. I heard it from the doctor himself, he was on TV, and my friends who use it told me he got benefit on this method very much , he lost 25 kg in one month. Yeah I'm sure about the information I gave.

Hi scapula, thanks for sharing your info. could you share the full info on this diet because what I've found in internet they said the diet cabbage plan could be done in one week only. We have to stop the cabbage diet for 2 weeks. Only after 2 weeks we could continue that for 1 week again. The same cycle goes. In the diet plan, we could shed 3 kilos per week. That's mean only 6 kilos per month. Then how come your friend could loose such weight? I think she has the different cabbage diet plan. I really hope you could give me the full info on how your friend did. It is because me myself. I did gain a lot of weight since I stop my sport activities. I was an athlete. I tried so many things to reduce but I failed I couldn't bear to be the ugly betty no more after gaining my weight.huhuhu. I really hope so you could share it with me. I owe you a lot if you could do that.huhuhu

I think the most natural and healthy way to lose weight is to do more sports and keep a good diet habit. I don't agree to take medicine to lose weight. I love China

I couldn't agree with you more about quick fixes for losing weight. It doesn't work! There is not any one thing you can do to burn pounds like magic because as soon as you stop doing whatever it is you're doing, the fat just goes right back on again as magically as it went off. lol. Oh really,20-25kg in a month.That's amazing.Thanks for the info.The first time i heard about the magic of cabbage.20 kg a month to lose is really effective.So,let's say a person weight 50 kg,had this method practice..in two months,that person had no weight at all.haha..Lame i know!;-) Anyway,other than this..other simple way to lose weight is to have only fruits as our daily intake.Try it for three days and you will get to see the different though its a slight one.It took time but maybe it does help too. I say only,but never try..haha!I found it in some article.Good Luck!

This method reduce extra fats, so 50 kg person won't be vanish on cabbage , so be sure he will still alive, this method is save and natural.

Just make sure you weigh yourself before you fart as all that gas will make you lighter like a blimp! haha Not a diet for me! I hate cabbage and I hate what it does to promote flatulance. As the guy above said - the whole house would stink of it - before eating it and after. Phew!

Not sure how effective this would really be. Doesn't sound like it would be really effective. And, you, your bedroom and your bed would really stink by morning.

Hello,scapula! If any body is interested here to reduce weight he/she should realise the imourtance and follow the suggestions and get the benefits.the obese people should give up all rich foods and adopt simple home cooked foods,so that consumption of fats can be reduced.they should eat 5/6 small simple meals a day instead of three times.drink 3 liters of water daily.it is important to drink enough water because it flushes the system,carrying the excess fats out.i know cabbage soup is good for health.but i knew from you a good thing that it helps reducing the fats.thanx.

This is news to me.I have never come across this information before.If it really works its wonderful.I know how many people are struggling to loose weight.Even here on mylot you have so many confessing about being overwieght to the extent they are not even mobile.I would like to see the other responses if anyone has tried it and has succeeded in it.

H, scapula. You said your father was on the trial of this method. I'd like to know how is he now, does he really loose weight after trying this method? I have never heard of this method, in my country, there are many people tend to take supplementary food to loose weight. And there are quite many products promoted to loose weight. But i doubt that without exercising, is it good to loose weight so much at once? I thought there will be an ugly look of our skin.

yes my father get benefits from this way and he lost some weight around his waist, this method is used to burn fatty tissue around the waist area, it just make your body fit, the cabbage leafs make a heat producing effects around the area you put it and burn the fatty tissue, but unfortunately my father discontinue using this methods because it need to use cabbage every time you go to bed and this is disturbing to some people , on the other hand it is an effective fast way. The method is after boiling the cabbage leafs, you have to make them dry on the flame of the cooker, then put it around the waist area for example and put around them Cloth or dressing. This way used for a week, you will loos about 4-5kg/week. I hope I explained everything and become clear.

Wow... i will tell this method to my sister. I want to make clear some points, we just place the cabbage leafs directly on the skin? By using this method, do we also need to be on diet? 4-5kg per week is really alot, if this works on my sister, i think my parents will promote this method to all their friends.

Wow this way is amazing to me. I haven't heard of that before. I am not that fat and don't have 25kg to lose. But compared to other girls, I think I am fatter than them and I want to lose 5-10 kg or so. It seems to me that the only natural way for me to lose weight is to do more sports and eat less. This is definitely very difficult for me. I don't quite like doing sports and I enjoy eating very much. That's why I can seldom lose weight successfully.

Hi there! Did you know that laughing for a prolonged amount of timje is just like doing sports? What is your sense of humour like? I just read that if you laugh one hundred times, it's just like spending fifteen minutes on your bycicle. Could you imagine if you got together some night with your friends and just watched funny movies or whatever? You'd burn a heck of a lot of weight and be an all around healthyer person. Hey there, sorry for comment back so late because I have been trying to get my driving license lately and the classes kept me busy. I heard that laughter is a really good sport for human long time ago. But I can't imagine how I can laugh that long. I think this way is harmful and not healthy at all ... your body can't handle 20 - 25 loss in one month ... this will cause imbalance in your internal environment ... and remember what goes away quickly comes back faster ...

Hi. I've heard of something very similar. It's called the cabbage soup diet. Thing is, you can go on it and lose all the weight you wanted to, but then you run the risk of putting it all back on, unfortunately. I think the cabbage is very helpful, but you also need to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle. That doesn't sound like your really going to lose weight by putting boiled cabbage on your skin.. I mean how everything out of it the vitamins and such.. You need those in order to lose weight.. Really I don't think it's possible.. I think someone told you something that wasn't true.. lol Now eating cabbage in soups low calorie yes you can lose weight that way.. I've searched it and seen it for myself..

I have never know cabbage would lose weight. I will try this method. I would love to lose weight in the natural method. I think I should take cabbage soups. I am also amazed by the fact that cabbage leaves helps to lose weight.

First get yourself checked by doctor, start by walking and controlling diet, stop junk food and oily food, rice and potatoes. do exercise regularly and always be happy.
